General Return Policy
At Terry Howell, our customers are at the heart of what we do. That's why if something’s not right, you can return a product to us within 14 days and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that returned items carry a restocking fee of 25%. A valid proof of purchase is required in order for us to carry out a return. If you don't have proof of purchase, you will be offered an exchange for goods to the value of your return. Returned items must be brought back in their original, undamaged packaging and condition.
If you discover a fault or defect with one of your products, we're happy to provide a refund, exchange or reduction in the items cost. Please contact your local branch if you discover a defect with one of your items. For web orders, please contact us on our website contact form or call us on 01633 246 000. We will assess each case individually.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once processed, refunds take can take 5-7 working days to be credited to your card or account. This will typically depend on your card provider. Please note that Paypal refunds may take longer, in line with PayPal refund wait times.
Can I Have Items Collected for Return?
We offer a collection service for items that you would like us to pick up for return. Please note that a £12 charge applies per collection. This collection charge will be deducted from your refund value.
