Arrival to Our Sites
Upon arrival to one of our sites, you will be greeted by one of our Marshalls. Our Marshalls have been put into place to ensure that we restrict the number of people entering our yards at any one time. This allows us to ensure that social distancing guidelines are practiced.
If you are collecting items that have been ordered for collection, please let our marshall aware of your order details. This will give our team time to ensure your order is ready to collect by the time you are admitted into the site. You will be asked to park in one of our customer bays and your collection will be loaded into your vehicle while ensuring social distancing.
We're currently reducing the amount of browsing at our sites. For information on any essential products, please take a look at our Online Store before visiting branch.
Home Delivery orders can only be placed over the phone at the moment.
We are currently operating a reduced delivery service, which provides our customers with a Contactless Home Delivery. Please note that our driver will leave your items in an agreed location. We ask that all customers please respect the social distancing rules, put in place to protect our team during the delivery. To avoid having to handle delivery notes, your driver will ask if you are happy with everything over the phone and then sign the order as a contactless delivery.
Please note that we are experiencing a high volume of orders for delivery. For this reason, there may be a delay in us getting back to you with a confirmed delivery date. Unfortunately, we're unable to confirm delivery dates until your order has been processed by our team.
Please be aware that our leadership team is talking daily to review government changes as and when they arise, updating our policies to mitigate against the situation as new information becomes available.
